What do I do if the shipment I received contains damaged product?
Please contact us by e-mail at support@yourenergyherb.com.
What do I do if I receive less bottles of herb than I paid for?
Please contact us by e-mail at support@yourenergyheb.com and we will immediately rectify it.
When will you send out shipments?
We do the best to send out shipments within 48 hours after the orders are received and payments are settled. We do reserve the right to ship later if there is problem that we are not able to ship within 48 hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master and American Express.
We also accept payments by checks or money orders. All orders paid by checks will not be shipped until the checks are cleared at the bank.

Please include the following information: (i) the quantity of Energy Supplement you'd like to order, (ii) your shipping address and phone number and (iii) a check or money order for your total order, plus shipping charges, (iv) if you choose to pay by credit card, please provide card holder’s name, address, shipping address, type of card, card number, expiration date and the four digit code at the front of the American Express card, or the three digit code at the back of the Visa or Master Card.
How do I cancel my order?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, it can not be cancelled.
How are the orders shipped within the USA?
To keep the shipping cost down, we use USPS priority mail to ship within USA including Hawaii and Alaska.
What are the domestic shipping charges?
For orders of 1 to 2 bottles, the shipping charge is $4.95.
For orders of 3 to 7 bottles, the shipping charge is $8.95.
For orders more than 7 bottles, the shipping charge is flat rate of $10.00
How are the orders shipped outside the USA?
We use UPS for all international shipments. All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. The customers will be charged the actual shipping charges by UPS. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees or taxes levied by your own country.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping fees). Only one open bottle of herb is eligible for return. All others must be in the factory sealed bottles for refund. Please e-mail us at support@yourenergyherb.com or call us at 866-247-4331 for a return authorization number. Return requests have to be initiated within 30 days of your invoice date. No refund will be issued without the return authorization number. You are responsible for the return shipping charges.
After you receive the return authorization number, please send the return goods and a copy of the original invoice with the return authorization number noted on the copy to the follow address:

You must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period from the original invoice date. Shengco Herbs reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
When will I get my refund?
The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the return. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
What happens if the package is returned because I provide an erroneous address for my order, or if I refuse the package?
If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer or if the customer refuses the package, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to us for the return of the package. If the return shipping charge is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, no refund will be issued to the customer for the order.
Will I be refunded if my country stopped my order?
If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in your country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.
